Dr. Michael Shahbazian

Dr. Michael Shahbazian is a University of Southern California trained Anesthesiologist and Pain management specialist dedicated to providing you with the skillful and compassionate care that you should look for in any pain specialist in Orange County. He is a former UCI graduate who received his B.S. degree in Biology before attending Ross University School of Medicine where he obtained his medical degree. He then completed his Anesthesiology residency at the prestigious Keck School of Medicine at USC. After completing his residency he became a full time anesthesiologist at a large and busy local Orange County hospital for several years before going back to USC to successfully complete an accredited pain management fellowship. He joins Pain Specialists of Orange County with expertise in implantable devices and recently published a paper in Practical Pain Management on Spinal Cord Stimulation, Intrathecal Pain Pumps and Peripheral Nerve Stimulators.
